Were looking for a results-driven individual to lead and deliver remedial works projects across a diverse range of commercial and residential properties in the Wiltshire & Hampshire area, working on a full time, permanent basis.
This role is open to both experienced and Junior Project Managers.

The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of small remedial works projects from initial survey through to final completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of remedial works projects
Prepare project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates
Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure all works comply with relevant health & safety and industry regulations
Monitor project progress, costs, and variations
Prepare and present project reports and documentation
Project Manager Requirements:
Proven experience in project management within the building services or construction sector or a strong desire to step up into a PM role.
Strong understanding of remedial works, including fire stopping, electrical compliance, plumbing, HVAC, and building fabric repairs
Excellent organisational, budgeting, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety compliance
Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, Prince2, NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent)
Experience working within social housing, healthcare, or education environments (Desirable)
Technical background in mechanical or electrical services (Desirable)
CSCS card
