Have you worked in IT sales/Account Management within an IT reseller/IT MSP or IT Distributor? Have you successfully sold to end-user clients? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you.
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in selling Servers, Solutions, Networking, and Security products, delivering infrastructure solutions directly to B2B customers. Our client is a top 100 VAR in the IT channel, known for their excellent company culture and development opportunities.
As an Account Manager, you will work with the services and solutions team to manage key accounts, provide quotations, and support sales and technical teams. You’ll understand client needs, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality results, including technical guidance.
Responsibilities include:
* Analyzing client requirements and translating them into relevant solutions.
* Designing and proposing IT solutions using various technologies.
* Providing technical documentation and guidance.
* Collaborating with sales, project management, and technical teams to meet client expectations and budgets.
* Justifying and maintaining technical solutions.
We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Account Manager with a background in IT Resellers, VARs, MSPs, or Distributors. You should have strong customer service and sales skills, respond quickly to queries, and provide excellent product and solution support.
Desired skills and experience include:
* Knowledge of cloud, software, managed services, professional services, networking, servers & storage, backup, and security.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.
