Rheinmetall Electronics UK (REUK) is entrusted with the training delivery aspect of the contract meaning that you will be at the front and centre of British Army training. Every person in our team plays a critical role in delivering OMNIA Training’s vision; designing, delivering, and transforming collective training so the British Army is ready to fight and win. As the Observing & Reviewing (O&R) Service Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring objective, consistent, and data-driven performance assessment and After Action Reviews (AAR) are completed across all Collective Training. This involves building and leading a team that manages O&R processes, supports Army Observer Coach Trainers (OCTs), implements the Performance Assessment Framework (PAF), and delivers insights via the new AAR tools. Demonstrated ability to deliver complex processes with precision, consistency, and responsiveness. Working knowledge of military performance frameworks, data analytics, and LVC training contexts. Confident in driving technology adoption and data integration for performance assurance. Excellent communication and coordination skills across military and commercial stakeholders.
