Head of Marketing
Job Description: As the first full-time hire and potential future co-founder, you will build the marketing engine for the UK’s first culture-led yerba maté soda. You will own the entire brand lifecycle—from strategy and creative direction to D2C growth and community activations—shaping how this sustainable, ritual-based energy drink integrates into London’s vibrant creative and nightlife scenes.

* Lead boots‑on‑the‑ground cultural marketing, managing stockist launches, event activations, and community building within London’s creative networks.
The ideal candidate:
* Proven track record in brand or growth marketing for consumer‑facing (CPG) or culture‑led brands with a portfolio of successful executions.
* Expert‑level execution skills across Instagram, TikTok, and paid social platforms, combined with a strong analytical mindset for tracking KPIs.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a deep connection to London’s social and nightlife scenes, comfortable building systems from scratch in a pre‑seed startup environment.
