As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be working your own high-quality property caseload from inception to completion on matters such as: Sales & purchase Re-mortgage cases Transfers of equity Right to buy New Builds Shared ownership schemes Lease extensions The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancer role will ideally have at least 2 years&x2019; previous experience with Residential Property law, has excellent client care skills and is looking to establish themselves within a supportive team.
