The role in a nutshell: To provide an excellent customer experience for our Autobid customers in all parts of the ordering and delivering process.
A bit about the ‘Department’: The Autobid Procurement Team manages all aspects of the process of ordering and delivering vehicles for our Autobid customers. The team work closely with the funder panels for each customer to ensure that the driver experience is excellent.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Commercial Associate - Autobid, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely ordering of Autobid vehicles for our varied client base through our funder network, starting with checking the accuracy of the Quote at the point of order, to progressing the order through to confirmed delivery. This includes manufacturer, dealer, and supplier engagement.
You will also be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of vehicles for our varied client base from our preferred dealer network. You will arrange the delivery directly with the Client and follow the progress of the delivery through to successful completion, keeping the Client updated throughout.
You will be part of a team that looks out for each other, so it makes sense that you are good at building relationships. This extends to our drivers too; they need to feel that you are taking accountability for their issues. While we target you on how many quotes, orders, and deliveries you have booked and handled, we will also consider how you take ownership of problems, use your initiative, and see tasks through to the end.
Administrative work, including updating our CRM, e-procurement platform (where required), and spreadsheets accurately.
Your Team Manager will support you day-to-day alongside your team to help you be the best Commercial Associate you can be.
