We are looking for aSupport Services Officerwho would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

This is a fixed term contract until 30/06/26.

As the Support Services Officer your key responsibilities are

* Administration of company vehicles for BUUK, including accidents, repairs, fees, MOTs and services
* Process new vehicle orders and assist in keeping all vehicles compliant with legal and statutory requirements
* Oversee and maintain the transport database
* Raise Purchase invoices and work with the finance department to ensure processing of payments
* Support the Business Intelligence administration for the business

About you

* Ability to work rotating shifts of 08:00 – 16:30 and 08:30 – 17:00
* Computer literate
* An eagerness to learn
* Excellent communication and team working skills
* Proactive approach with a high attention to detail

* At least the cost of living pay increase every year
