CRP Subsea is looking for a Temporary Stores & Despatch Operative to support our Operations Team in Skelmersdale.
What will you do?
1. Complete daily and weekly despatch and stores data input.
2. Ensure all report picking is completed per works order.
3. Conduct daily checks on production output to ensure correct packaging is available.
4. Verify that all packing lists are correct with IFS at the point of picking.
5. Unload and load supplier transport.
6. Conduct PI counts.
7. Communicate information to the Team Leader.
8. Maintain a safe, tidy working environment in all areas, complying with company H&S guidelines.
9. Transfer tooling via the transport request system.
10. Liaise with production, shipping, projects, and other departments to maintain OTD.
11. Manage the external yard area at SW to ensure safety.
12. Maintain security of the Air Cargo packing area.
13. Action all internal transport requests promptly.
14. Expedite customer orders for timely shipment according to pick and packing lists.
15. Manage waste streams effectively.
16. Locate goods from suppliers and issue them correctly to production.
17. Maintain data integrity of offsite stored products.
18. Cover for other Supply Chain departments at Stanley Way, Paxton Place, or other locations.
19. Ensure correct loading of vehicles and sign off transport documentation.
20. Provide relevant information to the shipping department for dispatch.
21. Verify all products are correctly identified before leaving site.
22. Process internal requisitions.
