Role Overview
The Mechanical Contract Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing mechanical contracts from inception through to completion. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage mechanical contracts across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, leisure, and public services.
2. Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
3. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and financial management to achieve successful outcomes.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
