Residential Support Worker – Children’s Residential Care Location: Rochdale, OL11 Salary: £13.25 – £14.00 per hour sleep-ins (£50 per sleep-in, approx. 5 per month) Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Shift Pattern: 1 day on / 2 days off (including evenings, weekends & sleep-ins) Setting: Children’s Residential Home (Ofsted rated Good) Are you compassionate, motivated, and committed to making a difference in young people’s lives? Our client, a well-established provider of children’s residential care, is looking for Residential Support Workers to join their team in Rochdale. The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, consistent care to children and young people aged 10–18 with emotional, behavioural, and complex needs. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that supports positive outcomes and personal development.
