Mortgage / Customer Service Consultant - Hybrid - Up to £26,500
Are you experienced in financial services and ready for your next step? Our client in Wimborne is looking for a Mortgage / Customer Service Consultant to provide excellent customer support and essential administrative assistance within a busy and professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Support customers with online services and enquiries
* Handle telephone and face-to-face queries, delivering a high standard of service
* Produce reports and assist the retention team
* Identify and suggest process improvements
* Ensure compliance with FCA and PRA requirements
Skills & Experience:
* Proven administrative and customer service experience
* Good IT skills, including Word and Excel
* Knowledge of mortgage or savings products advantageous
* Previous experience within financial services
* CeMAP qualification would be desirable
