This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the Extended Leadership Group in a pivotal, high-impact role. As Group Director of Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment, you will set the strategic direction for the Groups brand, marketing, communications and student recruitment activity, ensuring full alignment with organisational priorities and ambitions.
This Marketing Director role is a full-time (37 hours per week), permanent, all year-round position.
You will lead a joined-up, data-driven approach to the entire student journey, from first awareness through to enrolment, progression and alumni engagement. Working closely with senior leaders, you will ensure strong alignment between marketing, recruitment, curriculum and the student experience, playing a key role in driving sustainable growth and enhancing the Groups reputation.
As the Marketing Director, you will lead a transformational, insight-led approach that includes:
