What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Welfare Assistants to join our busy, demanding, and rewarding school, starting in November 2025.
Under the supervision of teachers and senior staff, you will oversee individuals and groups of children during lunchtime to support pupil management.
Applicants should have an interest in working with children, maintain high standards of hygiene, and be willing to undertake training relevant to their duties.
While experience working with children and young people is preferred, a child-centered approach is most important, as comprehensive training and development will be provided.
Effective communication with children, young people, parents, and carers is essential for this role.
