About the Role:
We are currently looking to recruit a Personal Assistant (PA) on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis, to the Managing Director within our Gas Turbines division.
The PA will provide administration and organisational support to the Managing Director, and other Score Energy Directors as may be required.
This role is a maternity cover and will be for a one year FTC. We will consider part time and full time candidates for this role.
Primary responsibilities
1. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
2. Manage Managing Director’s Inbox, diary and appointments
3. Collation of weekly, monthly, and yearly data
4. Answer telephone calls and take messages
5. Manage documentation
6. Administration and correspondence duties – emails, minutes and reports
7. Make travel arrangements
8. Stationery Ordering and Cost Management
9. Create and maintain documents using MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
10. Provide Administrative Support to the Customer Support and predominantly the Energy Sales Teams, including engagement in marketing initiatives, data compilation and management and customer visit support
