About The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, with a matrix to the Key Account Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of the lighting requirements for our clients’ projects, working closely with the Sales and Design teams, delivering single site projects, as well as multi-site rollouts across multiple sectors, in the UK & EMEA, taking an approved concept from quotation to delivery, and everything in between. You will also be required to support the warehouse function.
You will be a liaison between the clients and our internal team by providing support of sales and project administration activities including, but not limited to:
Managing LPA’s larger projects and clientele from Sales & Design handover
Support the Sales team in relation to client interactions, quotations, stock information etc
Manage the process flow of opportunities through the design, quotation and delivery phases ensuring all documents are submitted on time
Manage stock levels and product procurement to ensure project orders are met on time
Handle all freight forwarding and customs documentation requirements for goods, both inbound and outbound in a cost-effective manner
Picking, packing and despatching of orders in a timely manner
Receiving in stock, checking quantities and details against Purchase Orders and booking it in on the system (Netsuite)
Undertaking work orders (modification of stock)
Preparation of samples for clients and Sales colleagues
Participating in stock take activity
Handle all freight forwarding and customs documentation requirements for goods, both inbound and outbound in a cost-effective manner
About You
You have at least 2 years of sales administration and coordination experience working with projects. Good understanding of domestic and intl. freight, logistics, and administering sales.
You have great time management skills, good level of initiative, strong attention to detail as well as communication, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Lighting Technology, experience working with NetSuite (ERP), understanding of commercial/customs/banking documentation/procedures and/or a 2nd language is not essential but well regarded.
