We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-established 4-form entry Primary School based on its Infant and Nursery site in Thornton Heath, Croydon. Key Responsibilities: * Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons. * Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils across the curriculum. * Use effective behaviour management strategies to promote a calm, focused learning atmosphere. * Assist with classroom preparation, displays, and learning materials. * Support pupils with varying needs, ensuring inclusion and active participation. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Previous experience working within EYFS or KS1. * Strong behaviour management and a proactive, hands-on approach. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development. * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
