This is a unique opportunity to work on high-value and complex cases across both commercial and residential sectors, with clients based locally and nationally. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload with a primary focus on property litigation, including mainstream contract disputes when required. Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals under relevant legislation and dilapidations claims. Conduct residential possession proceedings, demonstrating a strong grasp of housing law and statutory frameworks. Resolve disputes between neighbouring property owners, including boundary issues, nuisance claims, and restrictive covenant enforcement. Advise on conflicts arising from development projects and their impact on surrounding parties. Provide guidance on long leasehold matters such as lease extensions, enfranchisements, and right to manage arrangements. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in property litigation. Demonstrable expertise in landlord and tenant disputes, both commercial and residential. Proven ability to manage disputes involving adjoining owners and development-related conflicts.
