Service Delivery Manager
Location: Coatbridge
Role: Part-Time, 20 hours a week. Days to be discussed and confirmed.
Compensation: Pro-rated salary of £27,500 per annum, plus car allowance and benefits.

About the role:
The Service Delivery Manager will oversee planning and customer service functions, managing customer service advisors and planners, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction to meet KPIs.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with service standards
* Coordinate with the Client to maintain customer satisfaction
* Lead and motivate the planning and customer service teams
* Promote continuous improvement
* Work with housing officers, property managers, and contractors to coordinate activities
* Engage with residents on complex matters
* Attend meetings, provide reports and data
* Assist in budget management for planning and customer service
* Use resources effectively to deliver quality services cost-efficiently
* Ensure compliance with regulations and policies

Role criteria:
* Good education, including English and Maths
* Management qualification (Level 4 or higher)
* Experience in team building and management within social housing or related sectors
* Proven scheduling and customer service management experience
* Experience handling complaints
* Strong IT, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Full driving license
