We are recruiting for Customer Care Apprentices in Scotland. Youâll work in our Customer Care team and learn to:\n\nRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and on occasion, in-person meetings in a timely and professional manner\nCoordinate with construction teams and our third-party business partners to ensure any work in our customersâ homes is completed efficiently and professionally\nMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in Bellwayâs Customer Relationship Management system\nActively encourage and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.\nLiaise with colleagues across the business to find solutions to any obstacles and keep customers informed throughout the process\nContinuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and satisfaction. What Weâre Looking For \n\nGCSE Maths & English at Grade 4/C, or above\nWillingness to travel and stay away from home occasionally\nFlexible and eager to learn\nApplicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. You will therefore be asked to complete an eligibility check during the recruitment process.
