Are you a confident, experienced Resourcer ready to make a real impact in an exciting recruitment environment? Were looking for someone who knows how to source top talent, build relationships, and support consultants with precision and flair.
What Youll Be Doing
* Proactively sourcing candidates across multiple platforms
* Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
* Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
* Supporting consultants with shortlisting and market mapping
* Using ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate flow
What You MUST Bring
* Proven experience in resourcing within a recruitment agency
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
* Organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
