There is now an opportunity available within my client's highly successful Real Estate Property Disputes team for lawyers at the 2PQE level or above who ideally have previous experience working on bothmercial and residential property disputes.
This position is a varied role and the successful candidate can expect to be involved with high-value matters of fundamental importance including, but not limited to:
1. Assured/assured shorthold/regulated tenancies;
2. ASB possessions;
3. Ground rent and service charge recovery;
4. 1954 Act lease renewals;
5. Dilapidations;
6. Rent reviews;
7. Possessions;
8. Forfeiture;
9. Service charges;
10. Telmunications;
11. Trespass issues; and
12. FTT applications.
In addition to experience dealing with property disputes work, it is of equal importance that candidates have amitment to being proactive and to supporting colleagues of all levels across a highly collaborative team. Candidates will need to live withinmutable distance of my client's Newcastle city centre office and befortable with hybrid working. Salary will be bespoke depending on the particular experience of candidates.
