Payroll & Reporting Analyst
to join a collaborative team supporting payroll operations and compliance reporting, including PSA submissions and process automation initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
* Support the
processing, collation, analysis, and submission
of PAYE Settlement Agreements (PSA)
* Provide expertise in
UK payroll legislation
, including PAYE, National Insurance, and statutory benefits
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to
streamline and automate
PSA reporting processes
* Ensure successful
handover of payroll/reporting projects
, with clear documentation and work instructions
What You Bring
* Strong knowledge of
UK payroll rules and regulations
* Experience with
PSA data
handling and submission processes
* Advanced
Excel skills
, including confident use of
VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
* Proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to
identify and solve problems
* Able to work
independently and as part of a team
* Background in
payroll, reporting, or finance
is highly desirable
* Familiarity with payroll systems such as
SAP or ADP GlobalView
is a plus
