The Role: Conduct proactive outbound calls to engage with business customers throughout the UK, evaluate their energy needs, and offer personalised solutions Utilise a consultative selling approach to assist clients in addressing their challenges and identifying the most suitable energy solutions Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, guiding them from the initial inquiry through the implementation and ongoing support phases Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics set by the company Oversee the client engagement pipeline to facilitate smooth follow-ups and conversions Stay informed about the latest developments and regulations in the energy sector, bringing valuable insights to clients and informing business strategies. Work on negotiating beneficial contracts with suppliers to secure optimal conditions for both clients and the organisation The Candidate: At least 1 year in energy consulting, sales, or a related field, with success in B2B sales Excellent verbal communication skills; engaging conversations and influence with clients via telephone interactions. Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively to meet various client requirements. A dedicated approach to building meaningful relationships with clients and a keen understanding of their unique needs. An enthusiastic self-starter capable of working independently in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
