Overview
Term-time volunteer role - based at Keynsham Civic Centre or from home if preferred. Sendias Bathnes offers free, impartial and confidential information, advice and support to children and young people between the ages of 0 to 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their parents/carers.
An important part of our work is to gather feedback from service users. This volunteering role involves making direct contact with service users, completing surveys with them over the telephone. This is an interesting and flexible role during term time. We will provide you with training, on-going support and cover expenses.
