Are you a qualified Social Worker looking to move into fostering but finding limited opportunities in your current role?
Were working alongside a well-established Independent Fostering Agency based in Leeds, who are looking for a passionate Supervising Social Worker to join their friendly and stable team.

Your role will include
* Supporting and supervising foster carers
* Offering professional advice and guidance
* Overseeing support workers and social work students
* Working closely with the team to ensure quality in all assessments and placements
* Contributing to planning and continuous improvement of the service
What you’ll need
* A recognised Social Work qualification
* Social Work England registration
* Experience in children’s services or fostering is ideal
