Find out more about our flexible work culture at computershare.com/flex We give you a world of potential Within the Facilities team we manage the real estate strategy and transactions, together with workplace projects and facilities operations and for all premises occupied by Computershare. The team at Computershare manages the global real estate portfolio and associated facilities services that support key stakeholders and their lines of business across regions of North America, EMEA and APAC. A role you will love This role is responsible for establishment and monitoring operational governance policies, guides and checklists and the compliance of same by the Facilities teams in each region, as directed by the Global Health & Safety & Governance Manager. The role liaises and collaborates with the Regional Facilities teams, as well as key business stakeholders, internal departmental stakeholders and external facilities providers. Some key responsibilities: Establish and maintain a matrix of global facilities operational policies and procedures, playbooks, standards, to promote good internal governance and external compliance with local authorities. Collaborate with Finance partners to establish and maintain a rental payment review process to guide Facilities staff to process invoices in an accurate, timely and auditable manner. Foster continuous improvement, best practice, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective facilities operations. Develop metrics to measure facilities performance and benchmarking. Develop guides and checklists for contract management practices to ensure vendor contracts in the Regions are globally consistent in their performance measurements and market reviewed. Establish processes for monitoring the Regions tracking and timely completion of ESG data to ensure compliance. What will you bring to the role? The post holder will be able to work in an autonomous manner amongst a wider team split across different regions. They will need to bring experience of devising and implementing governance protocols within facilities and estates alongside being an effective communicator, as collaboration with numerous stakeholders and departments in necessary. Other key skills required for the role include: Experience in a large corporate firm conducting Facilities operations and governance. Communicate and influence debate across small and large groups and develop a strong rapport with team members across the organisation. Excellent understanding of Facilities operations and real estate portfolio management with a good understanding of developing policies and procedures as they relate to operation and compliance. Externally, the role holder must be able to engage with property counterparts, to express Computershare’s needs and gather feedback for further consideration. An ability to resolve problems - able to probe for further information or a greater understanding of the problem and makes rational judgements from the available information and produces workable solutions to problems.
