We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The role is full and permanent, working 36 hours a week including weekends and bank holidays.

As our Food & Beverage Manager you will lead on our fantastic Food and Beverage operations.
Within this role, you will lead a team to deliver consistently high standards, generating profits by meeting revenue targets and controlling costs, while also working to HACCP, Food Safety, allergen and labelling legislation, with a full understanding of health and safety in a Food and Beverage environment
This is an incredible opportunity for an individual to join our Food & Beverage team at Kenilworth Castle. We're looking for someone to bring their expert knowledge, cooking skills to lead the Food & Beverage team to deliver excellent customer service, enticing menus and to get stuck in to our jam packed event Programme.

Within this role, you will lead a team to deliver consistently high standards, generating profits by meeting revenue targets and controlling costs, while also working to HACCP, Food Safety, allergen and labelling legislation, with a full understanding of health and safety in a Food and Beverage environment.
To be considered as a Food & Beverage Manager, you will need:
- Experience in High-Volume F&B Operations - Proven track record managing multi-outlet food and beverage businesses, ideally in a visitor attraction or hospitality setting.
- Strong Leadership & Team Development - Ability to recruit, train, and lead a diverse team, using a coaching and mentoring approach to drive high performance.
- Financial & Commercial Acumen - Experience in budget management, revenue generation, cost control, and stock management to achieve financial targets.
- Expertise in Food Safety & Compliance - Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, allergen regulations, licensing laws, and health & safety standards, ensuring high compliance and hygiene ratings.
- Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Management - Skilled in overseeing day-to-day F&B operations, maintaining supplier relationships, and contributing to sustainability and site investment initiatives
