Job Role: Mobile Service Engineer (Groundcare Machinery)
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Salary: £30,000-£34,000 base salary + overtime (£40,000+ OTE)
Hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00 + 1 in 4/5 Saturdays 8:00-12:30 paid @ 1.5x

The client:
Interaction Technical have partnered with a growing, market leading dealer of Agricultural, Horticultural and Groundcare machinery to support the onboarding of a mobile service engineer to cover Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. Our client is open to taking engineers from an agricultural, horticultural, automotive, FLT and/or groundcare background, with full training and development provided on their equipment.

33 days holiday including bank holidays
Company van, fuel card and laptop provided.
Door to door paid when sent directly to client site
Plenty of overtime available per week, with an average availability of 5-8 hours per week

The Duties:
Accurately diagnosing faults, servicing and carrying out emergency repairs/breakdowns on an array of groundcare machinery (lawn mowers, turf equipment, golf carts etc).
Travel to customer sites to ensure all machinery is maintained and repaired to the highest quality.
Carry out diagnostics to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on groundcare machinery
The ability to work independently within the customer sites and collaborate with colleagues to ensure documentation and the perfect solution is offered.
Working on engines, batteries and hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs.
Liaising with clients to diagnose faults and find solutions for them.
The Requirements:
Previous experience working with hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities (essential)
Previous experience working within the groundcare, agricultural, horticultural, automotive and/or FLT industries (essential)
Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience (advantageous)
Experience working with engines and batteries (advantageous)
Relevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous)
Full UK Drivers License
