An opportunity has arisen for a reliable, self-motivated and responsible individual to join our team as an Equine Estate Worker. In this role, you will:
* Undertake general maintenance of the Equine Centre
* Prioritise daily tasks to support the smooth running of the facilities
* Level arenas
* Carry out mowing and strimming
* Empty muck trailers daily
* Ensure the Equine Centre is maintained to the highest standards
* Ability to supervise other staff
* Desire to work within a busy and dynamic environment
* Enthusiastic and dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards
* A team-focused attitude, contributing to a highly motivated team
* A flexible approach to work
* Supervisory experience is essential

£25,397 per annum based on an FTE £23,810 per annum
Contract details
