Our client is seeking a commercially minded Senior Associate – Corporate Law to take ownership of transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to strategic growth. The Role – Senior Associate, Corporate Law In this senior position, you will handle a broad range of corporate matters, including: Mergers & acquisitions (M&A) – leading transactions from inception to completion Private equity and venture capital investments Corporate restructurings and reorganisations Drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, SPAs, and investment agreements Advising on corporate governance and regulatory matters Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact Supporting and supervising junior team members Contributing to business development and networking initiatives You will gain exposure to high-value, complex transactions, working with a diverse client base including SMEs, investors, and entrepreneurial businesses.
