On behalf of my client, I am seeking multiple Senior Social Media & Content Creators to join their growing Birmingham-based team. This is a fully on-site role for creative, strategic individuals who can elevate brand presence, manage multi-platform social strategies, and produce high-quality content. A full driving licence is essential for travel to shoots and on-location work.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver social media strategies across all major platforms
Create engaging written, visual, and video content
Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and channel optimisation
Lead creative brainstorming and contribute campaign ideas
Plan and oversee content shoots, including on-site production
Analyse metrics and report on channel performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
About You
3+ years' experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
Strong copywriting, storytelling, and multimedia content skills
Confident shooting and editing short-form video content
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable with on-site content production
