Deputy Manager – Nursing Care Home

You will work alongside the Registered Manager to provide leadership to a compassionate and dedicated clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of care for residents.

Requirements:
*
Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
*
Experience in a senior clinical or leadership role within a care home
*
Strong leadership and team management skills
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Ability to monitor and maintain high standards of care
*
Knowledge of dementia and complex nursing care preferred
*
Committed to person-centred care
*
Ability to reliably commute or relocate as required
Responsibilities:

Support the Manager in implementing policies, procedures and care objectives
*
Monitor and maintain standards of care delivered by qualified staff
*
Ensure residents’ needs are met, updating care plans as necessary
*
Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare professionals
*
Supervise, mentor, and appraise care staff
*
Support clinical audits and governance procedures
*
Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives
*
Promote a positive and safe care environment
