We have almost 200 services around England – and nearly 3,500 amazing staff and volunteers who run them. Every year our services support around 125,000 people.
Bringing together two big organisations is not a small task and it’ll take a while to fully integrate our systems, processes and approaches. About the role
Redbank Recovery Accommodation provides a safe, supportive, and recovery-oriented living environment for individuals who have experienced homelessness and are recovering from alcohol and substance dependencies. Our focus is on empowering residents to build independence, enhance wellbeing, and transition successfully back into the community.
As a Support Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals rebuild their lives in a supported accommodation setting. You’ll provide recovery-focused support, advice, and guidance to people on their journey to stability and independence. No two days are the same — from leading 1:1 sessions and group work to coordinating clinical appointments and collaborating with volunteers, your work will be hands-on, rewarding, and transformative.
As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Working autonomously to manage a caseload of our service users, including delivering a range of psychosocial interventions.
* Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to undertake ongoing assessments, risk assessments, and appropriate referrals within the community.
* Facilitating group sessions with a range of individuals of varying backgrounds.
* Working with partnership agencies to ensure continuity of care and support.
Please note you will be required to provide on call cover 1 in 8 weeks.
About you
To succeed as a Support Coordinator you will be someone who’s empathetic, motivated, and ready to make a difference. Ideally, you’ll have experience in support work or a related field, but more importantly, you’ll have the drive to support people through recovery with compassion and professionalism.

The salary advertised above demonstrates the full earning potential for this role, starting salaries will allow for pay progression within the pay band.
