A high-performing, crypto-native startup looking to hire a Marketing Lead to own their social presence and narrative. As a startup, the right person for this role will be eager to contribute at a strategic level while remaining highly hands-on, driving research-heavy, insight-led content and engagement.
You will operate at the intersection of content, community, and strategy, with a strong focus on social platforms and real-time engagement.
The role
* Own and evolve the company’s narrative and positioning
* Lead all social channels (Twitter/X, LinkedIn) with a distinct voice
* Create high-impact content (threads, posts, visuals)
* Partner closely with founders to build their public presence
* Engage with key voices and communities in the ecosystem
* React quickly to trends and shape conversations
* Track performance and iterate fast
Ideal profile
* Strong writer with sharp storytelling instincts
* Deep understanding of social platforms and internet culture
* Proven track record growing accounts or building audience
* Comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in a Crypto company within a marketing position
