The role of the Area Sales Manager - Construction Products
* This is a field sales / home based position
* Selling a high quality range of manufactured construction materials products used in the construction of residential new builds.
* You will be responsible for managing relationships and selling into sub-contractors and insultation distributors such as SIG, Minster, Encon, CCF.
* The successful Area Sales Manager will work as part of a team that is performing above budget expectations.
* Order values range from £2k - £1m depending on size and scope.

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager/ Specification Sales Manager - Construction Products
* Looking for progression into a field sales role with a growing manufacturer
* A desire to be trained up in specification selling
* Well organised with strong attention to detail
* Patient
* Ideally have sales/field sales experience, although this is not essential for the role
* Would consider outside of the industry
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Someone who is enthusiastic about the role, the company and their roles and responsibilities
The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager
* up to £30,000 - £35,000 negotiable
* £12,000 OTE paid monthly, quarterly and annually uncapped
* Healthcare
* Company car - hybrid (choice)
* 25 days holiday plus stats
