A basic understanding of administrative processes is required, including record keeping and the use of office systems. Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality is important, as is a willingness to learn CRM systems and other relevant software. You should be adaptable, able to respond to changing priorities, and work well with colleagues and external partners.
