Working within a divisional structure reporting into a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will deliver recruitment activity to a successful conclusion\n \nYou will be sourcing candidates for existing vacancies and creating pipelines for future requirements against workforce plans through a combination of networking, research and sourcing on various candidate attraction tools and job boards.\n \nResponsible for providing a high-level candidate experience and customer satisfaction, supporting CBRE diversity equity and inclusion initiatives up to day 1, shortlisting, providing candidate feedback, offer negotiation and contract initiation.\n \nKey Tasks\n\nSupporting the business with sourcing direct candidates, providing candidate feedback, offer negotiation support as directed and contract initiation in a way that strengthens and conveys a positive CBRE employer brand\n\nWork with Senior TA Partner to understand job requirements to be able to source suitable candidates from various job boards and databases including Avature\n\nAct as the candidate's liaison throughout the hiring process ensuring a positive experience up to day 1\n\nDevelop excellent relationships across the wider TA team, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process\n\nWorking in collaboration with other members of the Talent Acquisition and People team to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruits against requirements from diverse pools of candidates\n\nBuild Talent Pipelines, responsible for fulfilling recruitment requirements by building an effective diverse talent pool of potential candidates\n\nWork collaboratively across the team to improve talent acquisition by identifying and sharing key talent\n\nVacancy positing on various candidate attraction tools and job boards\n\nProvide great customer, candidate and stakeholder satisfaction\n\nEnsures corporate and legal requirements are met as part of their role and champions the Talent Resourcing Principles\n\nExperience\n\nExperience recruiting at high volume within the Facilities Management sector i.e., engineering, administration.\n\nAble to work in a matrix organisation, prioritising, and effectively communicating with key stakeholders\n\nNetworking and relationship management\n\nCustomer focused\n\nExcellent customer service\n\nStakeholder and relationship management\n\nRecruitment technology - ATS expertise, varied search and sourcing methods, LinkedIn, talent pooling and market mapping\n\nDemonstrate transferable recruitment and sourcing skills into other business sectors
