We make sure that all our staff are trained and supervised to a high standard so they can provide safe, effective practice.*Skills and knowledge*· Ability to provide and maintain a high quality, stimulating outdoor learning environment,· To plan and prepare purposeful learning opportunities using a range of creative approaches which foster curiosity.· Ability to work as a member of a team, sharing experience and knowledge,· Have the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.· Provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.· An understanding of the EYFS and experience working with children within the early years.*Requirements*· A Level 3 full and relevant qualification in Early Years Childcare.· Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.· A secure understanding of the EYFS and development matters.· An enthusiastic, positive and proactive attitude to work.· Ability to work as a member of a team.· Effective communication skills.· Ability to work in partnership with parents.· Comply with all Rainbow Day Nurseries’ policies and procedures.· To participate in training and other learning activities/meetings as required.· Hold an appropriate first aid qualification or be willing to undertake one.*This appointment is subject to you receiving satisfactory references and DBS clearance.
