Crumb Together is a fully plant-based bakery producing traditional viennoiserie and artisan pastries from scratch — no additives, no shortcuts. We're a small, passionate team baking everything by hand and sharing our love of wholesome, delicious food.
We're looking for a skilled and motivated baker to take ownership of our daily production — from lamination to bake-off — and help us grow sustainably while maintaining high standards.
What You'll Do:
* Laminate, proof, shape, and bake a range of vegan viennoiserie
* Manage prep and production timeline for weekly service
* Maintain a clean, efficient kitchen
* Communicate with owner and team to plan and prioritise
* Contribute to menu development and seasonal planning

* Organised and comfortable working independently
