š The Opportunity:
Having quickly grown to be the UKās no. 1 care marketplace and operating software, Lottie is looking to hire an ambitious and hands-on CRM Executive. You will report directly into Lottieās CRM Lead - and will be given high autonomy to build, execute, and optimise data-driven campaigns that engage and nurture our B2C and B2B audiences. You will help design automated journeys that improve customer engagement, drive conversions, and enhance the overall customer experience for families, care providers, and partner organisations
š» What does this role involve?
Campaign Management & Execution
* Plan, build, and deploy targeted multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and feature adoption among Lottieās partners.
* Collaborate with the commercial team to align partner communications with business priorities and product marketing launches.
* Create, test, and schedule campaigns that increase B2B platform usage, nurture partner relationships, and re-engage inactive users.
Automation & Journeys
* Design, build and maintain automated partner journeys (onboarding, prospecting, reactivation) within the CRM platform.
* Create and refine triggered communications that surface new opportunities, prompt timely responses to care seekers, and keep partner listings accurate and up to date.
* Regularly review campaign performance to identify improvements that increase partner engagement and drive deeper adoption of the platform.
Data & Segmentation
* Work with the CRM Lead to segment partner data for personalised, role-specific communications (e.g. home managers vs head office teams).
* Ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations, while applying best practices to maintain high deliverability.
* Support ongoing A/B testing to optimise messaging, partner notifications, and in-platform CTAs to increase engagement.

* Communicating business and product updates with partner providers at scale.
* Enhancing partner experience by driving engagement through regular updates, NPS surveys, and newsletter email communication.
* Increase product usage by delivering targeted, personalised communications that advise, educate, and support care providers.
* Working closely with commercial, marketing and product to ensure CRM initiatives align with Lottieās wider business goals and deliver measurable impact.

* Experience using marketing performance tracking tools.
* Understanding of campaign metrics and reporting.
