They use qualitative and quantitative market researchtechniques management frameworks and business knowledge to designbuild and interpret insights to meet clients businessobjectives.
They are EXPERTS inproviding solutions across the topic areas of Strategy Innovationand Growth (i.e. product/service strategy gotomarket and customerexperience through the integration of market research and strategicframeworks). The team are experienced strategyconsultants with a demonstrated history of tacklingcorporate problems and providing actionable recommendations withtangible results to a wide variety of businessclients.
The role uses a deep understanding ofdeveloping customer empathy via qualitativeresearch to address project team and client goals.Day to day youll define and frame client situations into clearanswerable research questions and pull insights through aninteractive process with the team to form strategicrecommendations.

Creatingtransformative insightsled frameworks to realign GTMstrategies
Delivering foundational projects that led to awardwinning ATLcampaigns
Combiningproduct brand and customer journeys into comprehensive and highlyimpactfulinterventions
Helping Fortune 50 clients with their most complex CX GTM andstrategic insights challenges
Youare a handson delivery practitioner(wellversed in both QUALled insights andstrategy). A strong set of research skills andfirsthand experience with a range of qualitative techniques isessential including but not limited to writingdiscussion guides 1:1interviews/IDIs focus groups ethnography concepttesting positioning exploration or validation benefit testingconsumer or shopper segmentation analysis need state segmentationetc. Every project you do has a strong grounding in QUALITATIVEresearch to extract deep insight and behavioural nuances andvalidate solutions to develop sustainable servicepropositions.
You have a high degreeof curiosityand willingness tocollaborate (they often solve largemessy issues for their clients). You must be able to tolerateambiguity leverage and utilise others around you ask intelligentquestions to get to the root of the issue and be inclusive ofothers points of view. You also have a demonstrable track record ofleading client relationshipsand delivering quality engagements thatresult in longstanding client relationships and repeat clientengagements. You are passionate about understanding how peoplethink behave and make decisions; and turning data intoinsights/actionable strategy!
Youmight be currently working as a Strategy &Innovation Consultant at a strategyinsights or brandgrowth consultancy helping Fortune50 clients across Europe and the U.S. transform their businessmodels design innovation infrastructure and create new ventures.You have led B2B and B2C projects insectors such as TechRetailFinTech andTelco with a focus on unlockingcustomer experienceled business transformation. You help clientsnot only design digital products and services that people want needor love but also qualify the business opportunity and consistentlychallenge client teams to course correct.
Youdont want to be defined by the progression path of a biggerconsultancy and would love to influence the decisionmaking ofglobal Fortune 500 companies from day one!
