To deliver comprehensive data interrogation, consolidation, auditing, and analysis of management information (MI) across Forensic Service’s tier 1 systems. Outputs will be used for performance reporting, forward planning, auditing, improvement activity, and internal and external scrutiny. Identify further data sources key to business-wide performance, quality assurance, and planning; developing processes to gather, standardise, measure and report on, as necessary. Responsible for day to day management of an internal MI data library and reporting suite including the design and rollout of data dashboards. Use business intelligence techniques, articulate analytical methodologies, and explain products to contextualise findings to working groups, management, partners, and non-technical audiences. Reports to the Lead Forensic Systems Management Analyst; deputising in their absence.
