This role is offered on a 13-week temp-to-perm basis, providing an excellent pathway to a permanent position within a highly regulated and forward-thinking environment. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards across manufacturing operations, ensuring full compliance with aerospace regulations and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities* Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO9001 and relevant aerospace standards* Support internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits* Investigate non-conformances and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions* Review and approve First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)* Work closely with production, engineering and supply chain teams to drive quality improvements* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business* Assist with supplier quality management where requiredSkills & Experience Required* Proven experience in a Quality Engineer role within a high volume manufacturing industry.* Strong knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality systems* Experience with FAIRs, NCRs, CAPA and root cause analysis tools* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesWhats On Offer* 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity* Competitive hourly rate during the contract period (Salary Discussed at Interview)* Opportunity to secure a permanent role with a respected aerospace manufacturer* Supportive team environment and long-term career development
