Job Title: People & Culture Generalist, EMEA\n\nLocation: Farringdon, London (hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 day at home)\n\nPay: £26.44 - £28.84 per hour\n\nDuration: Temporary 6 months\n\nHours/Days: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm\n\n*travel as required by the demands of the role\n\nJoin a dynamic team delivering innovative, scalable data centre solutions across North America and Europe! We're seeking an enthusiastic People & Culture Generalist to support our clients EMEA operations. If you're passionate about people and thrive in a multicultural environment, this is the role for you!\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOperational HR Support: Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.\nEmployee Relations: Be the go-to person for employees and managers, guiding them through HR policies and promoting a united approach in employee relations scenarios.\nCompliance: Collaborate with country managers to ensure all HR practises align with local labour laws and company policies.\nCulture and Engagement: Foster a vibrant workplace culture through engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.\nHR Administration: Keep accurate employee records and manage HR systems to support operations.\nChange Management: Assist in executing change management projects, adapting to the evolving needs of the organisation.\nData & Reporting: Provide insightful reports to support strategic business decisions.
\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nProven HR experience in a generalist role within the EMEA region.\nStrong grasp of local employment laws and HR best practises.\nExceptional communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.\nDiscretion in handling sensitive information.\nA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.\nProactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in diverse environments.\nLanguage requirements: Fluent in English and either French, Italian, Spanish or German.\nAdditional HR or employment law certifications are a plus. \n\nReady to take the next step in your HR career?
