Area Manager - Commercial Cleaning
Location: Swindon / Bath / Bristol
Salary: £34,000 + company vehicle + phone + laptop + benefits
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities
* Oversee multiple commercial cleaning contracts across your region
* Carry out regular site visits, audits, and quality inspections
* Lead inductions, deliver training, and provide ongoing staff support
* Build strong client relationships and resolve any service issues promptly
* Work closely with the Operations Director to support business growth
Qualifications
* At least 1 year's experience in cleaning, facilities management, or soft FM
* Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Flexible and proactive approach - this isn't a 9-5 desk role
