We’re seeking an experienced HR Advisor, ideally based in the South East, to support our growing consultancy. This is a permanent, full- or part-time position, primarily home-based, with some travel required. In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary of £40,000 – £45,000 per annum, based on experience, along with a range of benefits.

The Role: HR Advisor
As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-value HR support to our clients, working alongside our People Consulting team to provide tailored HR solutions. You’ll be involved in a mix of advisory, policy development, and project-based work, ensuring businesses receive expert guidance in all aspects of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Senior HR Advisory: Be the first point of contact for clients, including managing client inboxes, providing day-to-day expert HR advice and guidance to clients on employee relations, policy development, restructuring, and employment law.
ER Case Management: Support and manage employee relations cases, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
Client Account Management: Build strong relationships, supporting business development and ensuring excellent client engagement.
HR Documentation & Policy Development: Draft contracts, handbooks, policies, and tailored HR documents to meet each client’s needs.
HR Project Work: Lead and support initiatives in performance management, training, salary benchmarking, and HR best practices.
Internal Team Support: Assist with workload management and capacity planning, helping the team deliver efficient, high-quality HR services.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for an HR professional who is proactive, commercially minded, and confident managing client relationships.
* HR Generalist or ER Advisory experience within a consultancy or multi-client environment.
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (desirable) with a strong understanding of employment law.
* Employee Relations expertise, including experience handling complex disciplinary and grievance cases.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
* Commercial awareness, balancing employment law with business needs.
* Strong project management and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
* Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
