We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our friendly and fast paced office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
We welcome applications from experienced administrators or those looking to start their career through an Administration Apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
* General office administration duties
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally
* Managing diaries and appointments
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks
* Handling customer enquiries and providing excellent service
* Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
* Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates
* Generate new business opportunities through calls, follow-ups, and networking
* Prepare marketing materials and ensure property listings are accurate
Skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Good written and verbal communication
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer systems
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Confident, proactive, and well organised
* Love providing excellent customer service
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
