They have a brand new position for a seasoned Category Manager to join the award-winning team on a change and transformation project. You will take ownership over a range of indirect categories developing and implementing strategies
As a Category Manager you will be responsible for:
Strategic Sourcing : Developing procurement strategies and negotiating contracts.
Supplier Management : Maintaining supplier relationships and monitoring performance.
Cost Management : Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities.
Risk Management : Mitigating supply chain risks and ensuring ESG compliance.
Collaboration : Aligning procurement with business needs and communicating with stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement : Staying updated on industry trends and enhancing processes.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensuring procurement activities follow laws and regulations.
