Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Rochdale, Greater Manchester (office-based Tue & Wed)
3Roc Technology is a growing IT consultancy in Rochdale specialising in managed IT services, Microsoft 365, Azure cloud and cybersecurity.
We’re building our outbound sales engine and looking for a driven SDR who enjoys high-volume cold calling and earning through performance.
You’ll generate qualified pipeline by speaking with decision‑makers and booking discovery calls directly.
What You'll Do
* Make 80–100 outbound calls per day worked
* Book 2–3 qualified discovery calls per day worked (6–10 per month)
* Identify IT pain points (slow support, cyber risk, M365 challenges)
* Log activity and notes in Pipedrive CRM
* Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and ZoomInfo to target decision‑makers
What We're Looking For
* Experience in cold calling, telesales, outbound sales or lead generation
* Confident phone manner and resilience to rejection
* Comfortable working to activity targets (calls, conversations, meetings)
* Coachable mindset and willingness to learn our sales process
* B2B sales or IT services experience is a bonus but not essential.
