TEMPORARY ROLE Do you enjoy speaking on the phone to customers? Do you have great communication skills and looking for temporary work? We’re looking for an Outbound Call Advisor to make outgoing calls to identify and capture result relating to upgrading memberships. You’ll be assisting us in this campaign for 3 weeks from Monday 13th – Friday 31st May 2024 and the working hours are 9am – 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch break. You will be able to fulfil this role remotely after 1 full days training in our Birmingham office. There are various car parks close to the office and the local train station Birmingham New Street is only a 5-minute walk away. A typical day would be to make outbound calls using a predefined script, you’ll leave message/voicemail where required. The target is to call 28-30 members per hour. You’ll update the spreadsheet with new contact number, address, email change, invalid numbers and escalate issues to the Supervisor or Manager in charge. To succeed, you’ll need to have good attention to detail, excellent telephone manner, excellent communication skills and previous experience using Excel.
